I’m running the Newcastle Marathon for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to defeat T1 Diabetes!
I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on my 20th birthday. My life has changed forever - diagnosis means an extra 180 decisions have been added to my life, all day, every day 24/7 and I am asking for your support to help raise funds for research to cure, prevent and better treat type 1 diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, and 7 Australians are diagnosed every day.
