I’m jumping for a great cause!
I’m jumping out of a plane to support Breakthrough T1D in their mission to find a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D).
This cause is incredibly close to my heart. My daughter Amity was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just 2 years old, and since that day our lives have changed forever. T1D doesn’t take breaks — it’s a 24/7 condition that requires constant monitoring, decision-making, and resilience. For Amity, it means finger pricks, insulin, and careful planning every single day, just to stay safe and healthy.
T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day, facing an extra 180 decisions a day just to manage their condition. I’m jumping not only for my daughter, but for every child and adult living with T1D, and for the families who love and support them.
