I’m participating in a campaign but not receiving any SMS notifications. How do I resubscribe?
You may be unsubscribed. To resubscribe please text the word START (all in capitals) to 0458 678 678
I’m having trouble logging in, what can I do?
If you are a participant you can reset your password from the Login page or register again via the Register page. If you need help resetting a password email helpdesk@galabid.com from the email registered to your GalaBid account.

I have a question for the campaign Host, how can I contact them?
Use the Contact Host feature to send a message to the campaign administrator. You must be logged in to the campaign on GalaBid to view this feature on the side menu.
I have a technical question related to the GalaBid platform, how do I get technical support?

Do I have to register before making a bid, purchase or donation?
Before you place your first bid or make your first purchase or donation you will be prompted to register. You will need to enter your details and you may be required to accept the campaign’s terms and conditions.
